At Mr. Christmas, we want your holiday season to be magical, so if you are not completely satisfied with your festive décor, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the holiday items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items securely in their original seasonal gift boxes and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
